The research design is historical, documentary, and field survey. It is historical in nature as the researcher looked into the historical background of TNEEP in terms of its operations, market environment, demand factor, policy factor and sustainability indicators. It is also documentary in nature as the researcher looked into the documents relevant to TNEEP’s operations. Finally, it is a field survey as a questionnaire is constructed to elicit answers to the questions raised in the statement of the problem.</p>}, number={1}, journal={The Asian Journal of Education and Human Development (AJEHD)}, author={Margie DG Dela Cruz}, year={2022}, month={Dec.} }
